
The study will provide policy strategies and project recommendations to promote and implement a non-motorized transportation system. It will identify existing and potential commuter and recreational corridors, illustrate how to gain/improve access to transportation facilities such as bridges and transit, identify facilities needed for canoes and kayaks and create a detailed inventory and gaps analysis of existing facilities, and plans related to the non-motorized transportation system in the County.

The Non-Motorized Transportation Advisory Committee (NTAC) will be meeting on Monday May 19th to provide comments on the document. A public meeting is scheduled for Tuesday June 10th, at which time the document will be presented to the public.
